Step 1 – Browse Our Available Pets
You can view our adoption listings online or visit us in-store to meet the pets currently waiting for homes.
Step 2 – Meet and Connect
Arrange a meet-and-greet with your chosen pet at our Cleveland centre. Spend time interacting and asking questions about their behaviour, health, and personality.
Step 3 – Adoption Application
Complete a quick adoption application form, providing details about your home, lifestyle, and experience. This ensures we match pets with families that suit their needs.
Step 4 – Health and Care Inclusions
Every pet adopted from Petacular is:
Vet-checked for health
Provided with a free seven-day follow-up vet consultation
Covered with one month of free pet insurance
Microchipped and vaccinated (where applicable)
Step 5 – Finalising Adoption
Once approved, you’ll pay the adoption fee, receive your pet’s paperwork and health records, and take your new companion home.
Step 6 – Ongoing Support
Our relationship doesn’t end at adoption. We provide guidance on feeding, training, settling in, and long-term care. Families can always call or visit us for ongoing support.
